La Cave in Kempten

A beautiful restaurant with very attentive and friendly staff that exudes the flair of Italy. So far every dish has been a poem. We love coming here and will continue to support La Cave even in this difficult time. Keep it up !!! !!!

My wife and I visited "La Cave" during our Allgäu-Alps motorcycle tour on June 14, 2020. After a totally rainy tour, we were just looking for a restaurant without having to walk far. The "La Cave" was an obvious choice because it is only 100 meters from our hotel ("Goldene Steig", see review there). The restaurant is bright and comfortably furnished, the staff friendly and very attentive. Food fresh and very, very tasty. A really great pizza tonno for my wife and I had one of the best lasagna (apart from my wife's homemade one) in ages. Conclusion: always again!

This was our first time here - as la Cave is in a side street. Hunger and Google Maps led us there. the beautiful restaurant has an attached winter garden. Everything is bright and friendly, including the boss of the restaurant. But the best is the “Vitello Tonnato”. We have it better Haven't eaten anywhere yet 👌😋Oh yes - and everything is very inexpensive. We'll definitely be back soon.

Everything excellent. Well prepared from admission to invoicing. Have been here, months ago, to eat and it was very good. Unfortunately no photos were taken. At the pizza LA CAVE the side dishes weren't quite according to the menu. Otherwise like 5 stars ......

I think La Cave is a very nice Italian restaurant. The wait staff and the boss are very nice and you are served quickly. The food always tastes very good and I think the food prices are very good and you get very good quality. You feel in the restaurant as if you were on Lake Garda I feel very comfortable there. Cozy location, very good food. Not overcrowded during the week - advantage, you usually get a table even without a reservation, disadvantage, if you should make an appointment to chat, you should go early because the place is empty relatively early and closes relatively early , then maybe around the corner on a nightcap.

Food and service is fantastic. Staff very friendly and will help you with menu choice if you have difficulty with German language. Best food we had in Kempton. The price is good too.

Nice, spacious Italien in the centre of Kempten. Has a relaxing garden with some seats at the rear. Reasonable in price and very easy to access when in central town. Pizza was a little grilled, but still tasty. You need to bring some time, kitchen and service are friendly and focused, but won't be rushed. Overall recommendable.
